Tushar has spent much of his career at the intersection of building political, leadership, and professional communities. He is a co-founder of Chronexa alongside Ankit and Abhishek, and the driving force behind Anthill's founder network across the Tri-City.

An active investor and business manager, Tushar is deeply passionate about building entrepreneurial networks and resource infrastructure in Chandigarh and its neighboring cities. He remains actively engaged in various business ventures and community-building initiatives.
