Tushar Kaushik
Tushar has spent his career at the intersection of community building and entrepreneurship. A native of the Tri-City, he has built businesses and communities from the ground up — scaling startup narratives to national visibility, and creating networks that retained talent locally rather than watching it drain to metros.
His extensive travels across India and internationally exposed him to what a mature startup ecosystem actually looks like: not just capital or code, but trust networks — dense, intentional, and high-signal. He came back to Chandigarh convinced that the Tri-City could have the same, and set about building it with the same methodology he had used in previous ventures: start with the people, let the infrastructure follow.
Today, Tushar leads Ant Hill's community strategy, curation, and growth — owning the quality of every room, every introduction, and every cohort that the network runs.
